"I feel compelled to write on behalf of my wife and I regarding what for us was an unusual experience yesterday in your Audi showroom.
Early in the morning, my wife and I jumped into our recently purchased Audi TT (from Ipswich Audi), whereupon lowering the driver’s side window, it appeared to jam,or lock in the halfway position and would not move either way afterwards. I simply assumed that this was maybe locked due to the strong frost we have seen,so off we went to deliver our son to college in Bur St Edmunds. By now, the window still would not move, so I decided to call into your showroom, where we met your Service Advisor Tanya.
I explained our problem, to which she responded by asking if we had received a‘regulator change’, no was my response, she made some checks on the age and warranty viability of the car, then said no problem, she would arrange for this to happen, it would be carried out that day and she immediately arranged for a loan car.
To be honest,throughout our car buying experiences (we have in the past purchased new BMW’s,Rang Rovers etc.), we have never experienced the level of quiet, professional service that we have thus experienced at both the Ipswich and now Bury St Edmunds Audi branches.
My point of writing is to congratulate both Tanya, your desk employee Sophia and your branch as it has been an absolute pleasure to both visit and be taken care of in such a professional manner.
When we collected the car later yesterday afternoon, Tanya had made sure the repair was completed and had topped the whole process off with the car being completely cleaned and taking our son, who is studying to become a mechanic, on a quick tour of the workshops.
All I can say is that you can be assured that our next car purchase/s needs shall be conducted through your branch when the time comes.
